Descriptions : Pasargad Bank is the result of an 8-year thinking that was founded by its managers or intellectual leaders in 1376 and executive steps were taken to establish the bank in the second half of 1383. Pasargad Bank started its activities with a fully paid-up capital of 3500 billion rials, pursuant to license 2849/H dated 1384/6/22, with the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which 2000 billion rials were paid by the founders and 1500 billion rials were purchased through public subscription by 34,000 people. Currently, Pasargad Bank's capital is 272.969 billion rials.
The bank's subscription was completed on 11 Amrdad 1384, the founding assembly was held on 5 Shahrivar 1384, and the establishment license was received on 13 Shahrivar 1384 and the bank's operating license was received on 22 Shahrivar 1384. The first branch of the bank was officially opened on the birthday of Farkhunda Imam Reza (AS) on 23 Azar 1384 in the holy city of Mashhad and began serving its compatriots. The founding community consists of a group (social assets, technical assets, financial support) consisting of 130 people from scientific associations of universities and higher education, 130 thousand people from individuals specializing in banking, finance and capital affairs, as well as economic institutions and pension funds, an industry group, a contractors group, 160 people from mass builders and investors in the housing sector, 300 specialized doctors and a group of engineers. The number of shareholders of the bank is 1.5 million people and 333 bank branches are active in Tehran and the cities.
